GENERATION CHURCH INTERNSHIPS AND RESIDENCY 

The Generation Church summer Internship is a 6 week program each summer designed to develop students in High School as Disciples and Leaders. They will work with our Next Gen ministries closely to help with KiDS Conf and Youth Conf the first half, and then shift to focusing on leadership development the last half.

The Internship is a 38 week program through Fall and Spring of each year designed to develop people as Disciples and Leaders. The internship begins more generalized the first semester in order to allow Interns to receive as much exposure to different ministries as possible. The second semester becomes more focused on a specific ministry that each intern feels drawn to, during the second semester they will spend time working closely with the coordinator of that ministry. 

The Residency is a 38 week program through Fall and Spring of each year designed to develop people as Disciples and Leaders who have experience through our internship or another internship. Residents receive a higher level of exposure than the internship and work with a specific ministry throughout the entire program. Ideally residents would actually step into a leadership roll in their specific ministry during this time.
